Terms & Conditions

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information and measurements provided to us. An agreement is formed once you confirm a quotation in writing or approve a design proof. All prices include VAT.

We prepare a design proof for your approval before any printing begins. You are responsible for checking the content, spelling, colours and dimensions shown in the proof. Once you approve the proof in writing, it is the reference for production. Colours on screen are indicative and may differ slightly from the printed result on your wall surface.

If you supply images, logos or artwork, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and licences to reproduce them. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from material you provide. We retain the rights to designs we create until full payment is received, and we may show completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

A sound, clean and suitably prepared surface is essential for a lasting result. Unless prep is included in the quotation, the client ensures the wall is dry, stable and free of loose material. We assess suitability but cannot guarantee results on unstable, damp or previously treated surfaces. Additional preparation identified on site may affect the price and planning.

The client provides safe and timely access to the site, along with power and reasonable working conditions. Planned dates are estimates and may shift due to site readiness, weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will always inform you promptly of any change.

Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is due on confirmation and the balance on completion. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Because each artwork is produced specifically for you, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and any deposit for bespoke work is non-refundable to the extent of costs incurred.

Our prints use durable, UV-stable inks designed to resist fading and to hold their colour in real-world conditions. Longevity depends on the surface, environment and everyday use. We are happy to advise on cleaning and care. Normal wear, damage to the underlying wall, or alterations made by others are not covered.

We carry out our work with the care you would expect of a specialist studio. Where something is genuinely our fault, our liability is limited to repairing or redoing the affected work, or to the invoice value of that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We handle your personal data only to deliver our services and in line with applicable data-protection law. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to access or delete the details we hold about you at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. We would always rather resolve any concern by talking it through first. Any disputes that cannot be settled will be submitted to the competent court in our district.
